Haideh Hirmand, MD, MPA, FACS is a Harvard-trained New York City aesthetic plastic surgeon whose 25-year career has been shaped by an interest in the intersection ofscience, identity and aging. With a background in cell biology and genetics, she is known for a shape-preserving, person-appropriate approach to aesthetics that considers not only how people age, but how they want to see themselves as they age. Dr. Hirmand is a Clinical Assistant Professor of Surgery at NY-Presbyterian, a Castle Connolly Top Doctor for 20 years, and a nationally and internationally invited lecturer. Her philosophy brings her focus on science, identity, and individualized care to a new predictive, data-driven approach to aging and appearance.
